Quickly’s Oracle

If thunder falls
If the sun opens a window
sits on the sill, legs like streaks of light
If four dogs sing
If the spider swings in a cardinal direction
If a snowflake evanesces
If pills scatter like stars
If the bird is becoming an object
If red has been number one on the charts
If winter plucked your hair for a poppet
If there is a smell in the room: Crayola
If naked trees bump and grind
If a chin disturbs
If a baby, clean and dry
If the package on the porch is wet
If a starling wheels the car
If his toys gather dust
If the jacket on Zoom is wearing a tag
If God is a white-haired man
